The Penthouse is built from scratch on the top of the existing building in Calle Espinosa 7-9. It consists of a big living room , 2 bedrooms, an office room, a modern bathroom and a big balcony and a patio altogether 97 m2. The apartment is not furnished. The space of the kitchen is prepared for your own installation.
The Penthouse will be accessible via an elevator reserved exclusively for the two penthouse apartments. The elevator is currently under construction. Once you exit the elevator on the top floor, you reach the penthouse via a corridor that passes the 1st apartment. Near the entry of the Penthouse there is a storage and loundry room belonging to the apartment.
Entering the Penthouse there is a huge living space with Panorama Windows and access to Balcony and a separate patio. In the opposite side of the entry is the kitchen area which is prepared to install your own kitchen including kitchen island.
The inner (wall) side is prepared for the installation of media devices. The lighting is spotlights and indirect LED-band illumination with color choice. From the living space there is access to a bath and bedrooms. The size of living space and kitchen area is 43 m².
The balcony and terrace are glazed and give an unobstructed view of the neighborhood and the sea. All are accessible through large panoramic glass doors. The balcony has a size of 8,7 m², the patio is 8,4 m².
The view extends from the coastline of San Juan de la Rambla in the west, over the Hotel Borondon to the sea into the street in the east.
Additionally the Penthouse consists of 2 bedrooms and an office room. The office room is located near the entry and has a window to the north with a view into the Orotava valley and a window to the entry corridor. The size of the room is 7,8 m².
Bedroom no.1 has a size of 12 m² and a window with Orotava valley view. Bedroom no.2 is 10 m² and has a window view westwards over the neighboring houses. The bedrooms lighting is spotlights and indirect LED-band illumination with color choice.
