The Penthouse is built from scratch on the top of the existing building in Calle Espinosa 7-9. ENTRY TO THE APARTMENT

The Penthouse will be accessible via an elevator reserved exclusively for the two penthouse apartments. The elevator is currently under construction. Once you exit the elevator on the top floor, you reach the penthouse via a corridor that passes the 1st apartment.  Near the entry of the Penthouse there is a storage and loundry room belonging to the apartment.
